Instructions for use< /b>
Tips for the perfect cappuccino:
1. Use milk cooled to 6°C to 8°C for frothing.
2. Use a conical-shaped teapot and fill it about halfway with milk of its volume.
3. The steam nozzle must reach just below the level of the milk.
4. Foam the milk and heat it to a temperature of 60 °C to 70 °C so that it retains its properties and delicious taste.
