Prosecco Frizzante is intended for those who like a less intense fizz in their wine. Both grapes and wine are processed in the same way as Spumante, only the secondary fermentation process is shorter and thus the CO2 pressure is lower (2.5-3.5 atm). Fruity aromas and a fresh taste with a soft pearl predestinate the wine as a suitable partner for a barbecue party during hot summer days. Serve well chilled (6-8 °C).

Country of origin

Cantina Colli del Soligo was founded in 1957 in response to the needs and demands of Prosecco producers around Soligo. The winery is located halfway between the villages of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, on the so-called the "wine route of white wines", at the foot of beautiful steep hills of volcanic origin reaching a height of 300-400 meters above sea level. Within a few years, the winery has grown to the current 700 partners/suppliers with an average annual grape production of around 14,000 tons. The Glera variety (known as Prosecco) makes up 65% of the grape production, the rest is made up of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, Raboso and Pinot Nero varieties.
