MOL Makromil 300 is a universal metalworking fluid for chipless and chipless machining of steel, alloys, light and yellow metals, for various machining operations such as turning, drilling, threading, etc., for chip machining of temperable graphite and gray alloys.

MOL Makromil 300 is a boron-free, water-miscible metalworking fluid with a high mineral oil content. The product contains refined mineral oils, emulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, friction modifier and optimized biocide additives. Does not contain MBO, MBM and HPT formaldehyde donors. It is recommended to use a mixing device to prepare the emulsion. The concentrate must always be added to the water during mixing. The concentration of the prepared emulsion must be checked with a calibrated refractometer. Refractometric factor: 0.9. From the point of view of the life of the emulsion, the cleanliness of the system is decisive, therefore it is recommended to use the MOL Netsol SC system cleaner before every change.
